WarmVelò is a specially created thermoforming device for the Solevelò insoles.

What is it for?

WarmVelò is a professional thermoforming device used to adapt the Solevelò insole for the individual’s needs.

How does it work

WarmVelò uses a specially designed system of compartments that allows the blasts of hot air from *the hot air gun to be carefully directed and guided.

The upper part of WarmVelò is made of interchangeable templates, this is to allow for all sizes of insoles and left and right.

The hot air blasts are directed into specifically created windows in the template,this design feature allows particular areas of the insole to be heat moulded.

WarmVelò is for mechanics, shop owners, biomechanical technicians and bike fitters and for shop owners who have specialized in personalising the insole Solevelò.

• reinforced fireproof box with different compartments
• 4 templates coated in aluminium and perforated. They are subdivided as follows :
  • 1 template for size S-M (right)
  • 1 template for size S-M (left)
  • 1 template for size L-XL (right)
  • 1 template for size L-XL (left)
• 2 templates to insert and mould Solevelò
  • 1 template for size S-M right and left (according to the side used)
  • 1 template for size L-XL right and left (according to the side used)
